Pacer's Natural Gas Marketing is the affiliate of the Nichols Brothers, Inc. Nichols Brothers and its subsidiaries comprise a privately held integrated group of oil and gas related entities, which trace their origin back to the 1960s. We conduct a wide range of activities including exploration, production, transportation, purchasing and marketing.

Pacer provides a full range of energy solutions to natural gas producers and consumers. Flexible physical and financial pricing options for short and long term agreements are available for producers and consumers. Pacer also provides revenue distribution and tax remittance services for producers.

Pacer's Crude Marketing purchasing division of the company purchases oil from producers in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. The company has been a first purchaser of oil for over 25 years. Pacer COM provides a competitive market for crude oil and a service level that is superior to the competition.

The production division of the company presently operates over 120 properties and participates in another 360 outside operated properties located in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Wyoming and California.
