Larry Durham, President Larry has over 27 years experience in the oil and natural gas industry that began in oil field construction. Prior to Pacer, he worked at Sunoco Logistics in both the trucking and marketing groups where he held many responsibilities including Terminal and General Manager. He has been the President of Pacer Energy Marketing for 6 years, where he is devoted to creating energy solutions through a stable market that optimizes value to Pacer stakeholders.
Larry serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Marginal Well Commission, is a past Chairman and current member of the Northeast Chapter of API and sits on the Speakers board for PetroPros. He is also an active member of OIPA, KIOGA, EKOGA and the North Texas Alliance.
Larry received his B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Tulsa, and is now an active member of the Golden Hurricane Club. He is married, has two sons and is an active private pilot. Phil Burch, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Phil has served the company as CFO since 2006. Before joining Pacer Energy, Phil was Vice President and Treasurer of Key Energy Services, Inc., in Midland and Houston Texas. From 1981 to 2000, he was with Parker Drilling Company in Tulsa serving in a variety of treasury and financial roles. Prior to that, he was a registered professional engineer with a consulting firm in Houston and earlier, an officer in the US Air Force. Phil was selected by the Association of Financial Professionals as one of the top 300 financial professionals in the nation. He also received the Alexander Hamilton Gold Award presented by Treasury and Risk Management Magazine for outstanding achievement in risk management. He was a member of the Leadership Tulsa Class 14 and was recipient of the local Paragon Award for community leadership and has served on non-profit boards throughout his career. Phil holds an MBA in finance from the University of Utah and a mechanical engineering degree from Oklahoma State University. Charlie Bell, Director of Bulk Business Development Charlie has over 35 years experience in the Pipeline and Terminalling business. Born and raised in “Pipeline Capital of the World”, Cushing, Oklahoma and taking his first job with Kerr McGee Refining and on to over 25 years with Texaco Trading and Transportation – Cushing Terminals where he managed crude oil movements. Later, moving into business development with Texaco Pipeline, Shell Pipeline and Plains Pipeline. He has been with Pacer for 3 years bring new insight to crude oil quality, oil measurement and railcar movements.
Charlie is an active Oklahoma State University Posse member. He is married, has two daughters and enjoys hunting and fishing
David Shea, Operations David joined the industry in 2000 and is currently responsible for Pacer trucking operations in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. David is involved with OIPA, and is a member of PetroPros. Additionally, he is a member of several local and state trucking organizations.
David holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he graduated with honors. David served 13 years as a U.S. Marine Corps officer, where his tours of duty took him to the Mediterranean, Europe, Central America and the Far East. He spent his last three years as a free fall parachutist and combat diver, and left the Corps in 1993 at the rank of Captain. He is married and has three children.
